Monday: new material
Watch the recording and work through the packet. This gives us common language before our conversation.
Inside WISE Certification
WISE Certification is a 16-week, one-on-one learning experience for people who want to understand the whole human behind the data, have better conversations, and turn insight into wise action.
The rhythm
Each module has its own learning page, with a recording, participant packet, and applied work. We usually send the material on Monday and meet one-on-one Thursday or Friday to talk through it. Start dates and pacing can vary by participant.
Watch the recording and work through the packet. This gives us common language before our conversation.
Use a case, a real setting, and your own reflection. This is where information starts becoming skill.
We talk one-on-one about what you noticed, what you are unsure of, and one next wise action.
What we learn
WISE gives us more than a score to interpret. It helps us ask what may be happening within a person, around that person, and between the two.
We begin with the origins and responsibility of WISE, then look at physiology and living indicators.
We look at what is happening within the human, what is happening around the human, and how those pieces interact.
We move into the report itself, from a single trait to patterns across the full assessment.
We work with real debriefs and return to ethics, confidentiality, professional scope, reflection, and strategy.
The WISE framework
Well-being, Intelligence, Safety, and Empowerment belong in conversation with one another. We study their patterns with humility and always return to the person’s context.
What a person may be carrying physically and emotionally, and what helps them recover.
How they process, make meaning, adapt, and move through challenge.
The conditions that support honesty, trust, and physical and psychological steadiness.
The agency, support, and direction that help someone put knowledge into action.
The standard
Certification is not based on attendance alone. We look for thoughtful application over time: how you observe, ask, interpret, reflect, and respond.
Stay curious about the person and the setting before drawing a conclusion.
Respect confidentiality, know your scope, and do not turn a score into a verdict.
Use what you learn to support one practical, responsible next step.
Interested in certification?
We begin with a conversation about your work, the people you serve, and the responsibility of using WISE well. Enrollment follows acceptance. Payment is handled through a separate Workzbe/QuickBooks link, not on this page.
